This July, our ChromaQuest team travelled to the historic city of Salamanca, Spain, to take part in the 12th International Workshop on Anthocyanins & Betalains (IWA&B 2026), held from 15 to 17 July 2026 and hosted by the University of Salamanca - one of the oldest universities in Europe.
