We’re proud to share that ChromaQuest took part in the Latvian Circular Economy forum 2025 - a major sustainability event held on 5 November 2025 at VEF Kultūras pils in Riga, Latvia.
Organised by Riga Energy Agency in collaboration with CleanR Group, the forum brought together entrepreneurs, policymakers, researchers, NGOs, and creative industry representatives to explore practical approaches to implementing circular economy principles in everyday practice. This was the first event of its kind on such a scale in the Baltic States featuring 34 thematic sessions of discussions, presentations, and hands‑on workshops spanning textiles, plastics, wood, food systems, creative industries, education, and policy‑making. Topics were designed to spark new ideas, highlight successful case studies, and identify barriers and solutions for circular transitions.
At the forum, ChromaQuest joined conversations about sustainable innovation and resource‑efficient solutions - a natural fit with our work on plant‑derived natural pigments and sustainable applications in food and materials. Through expert panels and networking, we exchanged insights on how circular principles can be integrated into research, industry, and everyday life, aligning with our mission to make sustainable colour solutions a reality. We also connected with a diverse community of thinkers, creators, and practitioners united by a shared commitment to a more circular and regenerative future. The experience was rich with inspiration and collaboration and we returned energized to advance our research and expand the impact of ChromaQuest’s sustainable solutions.
